Urgent Popups - Ticklers

My Urgent popups are not poping up when I click on  constinuent.  What windows services are used in order for this to work and what settings need to be configured.

    Unless I'm missing some sort of enhancement release, I think you are referring to either something your organization has built internally to create this notification, or you may be referencing a future next-gen enhancement that was shown off at last years conference, which to my knowledge has not been released.
    Currently one thing you can do, is to check the box "Show Ticklers at Login" found in the 'Tools' dropdown under 'Preferences'. When you log into Tessitura you will be shown your current ticklers in priority order.

  • I am not sure if it was something we biult in, we are currently on version 10 and we had the popups ( It is almost like a message window) on the previous version.  This is only happening to users who recieved a new computer.  We have set show ticklers at login, but that is not working.  What should happen is that when you click on a constiuent if they have any urgent notes a popup will apear when their account is opened.
