Do any Tessitura organizations use Spiceworks? Have you integrated and/or monitored any aspect of Tess into SW?
Just curious. We are new to SW, and liking it.

I use spiceworks here but mostly just for inventory purposes. We don't use the helpdesk because we have another product and I haven't really found its monitoring capeabilities to be that useful. We use Zabbix for monitoring. As far as tracking inventory costs and purchases it has been invaluable though.
