Tessitura Lockups

Off the top of your heads, what might cause Tessitura to lock up during list extractions and list management (trying to delete multiple entries in the contents of a given list)?  We've been having problems lately with Tessitura locking up (title bar says "not responding")  and the Task Manager showing the processor at 100% with no strange or otherwise "unauthorized" programs/processes running that we can see.

Should I enter a ticket?  Would it have to do with dwindling space on our company file server (read: not the Tessitura server)?

Thanks for your help, guys, as always.

Does it do it for all machines or just one?

  • Not just one.  At least 3.

    Thank you,
