Print at home and reprints

Does anyone know of a way to stop a print at home reprint from happening once it's been requested?

We've had an issue where a reprint was requested on a past date performance and the service is throwing errors, but we can't figure out how to stop the service from trying to send the tickets.

Any help would be appreciated - the errors are flying out fast and furious!

  • Depending on the order date of the order causing the issue, you could try setting DaysinthePast to something other than 0 (all orders) in the config file.  So if the order was from 2 weeks ago you could set DaysinthePast to 7 and it would only look at orders created in the last 7 days.

  • You can open the order and change the delivery method to a non-PAH method.
