We are running Transcend on our test environment in emulation mode, and having issues trying to test small transactions (0.01 or 0.02) to test card declined.
Tessitura shows the correct amount, but they authorize instead of being declined.
Looking at the Transcend client, the 0.02 transactions shows up as 0.20. Is this a known bug? Any work-arounds?

This is known bug. It also happens with .08 cents. When I last talked to Transcend they said it was a bug in Tessi and that the network knows about it.

Just as a follow-up, There was a bug in the CCServer application. We have been provided an update from Tessitura support, and it works fine now.
