Hi,
We have a MOS for our members which is activated on the web by a ranking in their constituents. We want to add a price type to the MOS so that the guys in the Box Office can access it on Tessitura but cannot be accessible on the web by our members. As it is a MOS activated by a ranking and it's not a user group, can anyone guide me on how to go about this?
Could you create an account with a web login and password for web testing and give it the rank necessary to see the price type? Then your Box Office could log into the web using that login and password and see if the price type works.

Hi Courtney,
Is the same member MOS being used on the web and in the box office? If so, don’t give the Web API user group security access to the price type and then it won’t be available on the web. If the box office is using a different member mode of sale, don’t associate the price type with the web member MOS.
