Can anyone provide instructions or advice on how to import custom/attribute field data back into Tessitura from an Excel file?

The "out of the box" version of the report doesn't include much I'm afraid - just names and addresses. There was a shared report (from the Royal Shakespeare Company, I believe) posted on the old TASK website that included ticket history. We have such an item here at the Sydney consortium that allows us to import ticket history and attach up to 3 attributes at the same time. It's not my report and can't give it out (sorry!) and I know the UCSS is working on expanding the functionality to include Business Title, amongst other things.

Has anyone done a Constituent Import Utility with "Standard V12" Ticket History?
We would love to hear from anyone who has solved this one at the a sort of standard level of the other import utilities.

We're about to work through modifying our existing "Const import with Tix Hist" process for v12.5. We're not using the new standard Tess ticket history, but our new local ticket history is just the Tess standard history plus a dozen other fields tagged onto the end, so it'll be more or less the same. I'll let you know how it goes...
