Converting Tessitura from Single Org to Consortium

Hi

We are looking at changing our Tessitura setup to support a consortium rather than the single organisation setup we currently have.

I was wondering whether anyone who has undergone this transfer has any tips for how best to do this and also if there are any pitfalls to watch out for. Including what impacts there would be to our current website setup.
