Need help finding tables

I'm having trouble finding a few tables.

Constituent -> History -> Activities:
What table holds the list of activities in the activity drop down?

Constituent -> Names -> Program Lists/Preferred Name
What table holds the list of programs in the drop down?

Something I find myself using at least once a week is the Behind the Screens document. Amazingly useful!
