I use it, but i can't really say WE use it. It isn't really an official business practice, although i tried to make it (half heartedly).
They have a pretty cool buisness manager app that is/was free, and could manage phone allotments and everything, if you're really serious. Additionally, their MSI installer has some cool network install switch features that are super buried in the documentation...
