We are in the process of rolling out Tessitura to our entire organization and would like to solicit feedback on the following:

1) Do you all users of Tessitura to perform a name and address changes

2) Are you currently running an NCOA processing

3) What are you currently doing to control duplicates

    1) We don't limit who can have access to make changes via the security module, but we do try to have one person per department who "normally" does these changes.

    2) We do NCOA updates about twice yearly.

    3) We run a customized version of a duplicate process we downloaded from shared reports.  We've enhanced it multiple times to catch such things as duplicate email addresses and same last name and address but completely different first names.  Some of the duplicates are automatically scheduled to be merged (key users get a report of these before they are actually merged) and some are reported via a custom report to be looked at manually.
