We've noticed that if you run a scheduled report and select any of the output with header options, the headers are not produced within the output.
For example we have been trying several reports with the Email-Excel8 (hdr) output option, but do not get the headers in the file.
Curiously also the .xls extension is missing from the email attachment when the report is scheduled, but not missing when the report is scheduled to output to Email-Excel8.
If we run the same reports in the foreground and tick the "include data labels" option when doing a Save As, the headers are in the output.
Does anyone else have this problem, or can you help?

I realized in your original post it looks like you are using one of the formats marked (hdr). Since that is the case and it looks like it should be working based on the release notes, then you might need to open a TASK ticket so support can investigate further.
This is in v10, which is why I was wondering if anyone else had seen a similar problem.

I got to the root of the problem - I hadn't updated the Tessitura client installation on the Report Server so it was using old report files. You learn something new every day!
I'll make a note to remember to do that step at the next upgrade.
