No column headings on scheduled reports

We've noticed that if you run a scheduled report and select any of the output with header options, the headers are not produced within the output.

For example we have been trying several reports with the Email-Excel8 (hdr) output option, but do not get the headers in the file.

Curiously also the .xls extension is missing from the email attachment when the report is scheduled, but not missing when the report is scheduled to output to Email-Excel8.

If we run the same reports in the foreground and tick the "include data labels" option when doing a Save As, the headers are in the output.

Does anyone else have this problem, or can you help?
