We are implementing a new 2008 terminal server (x64). As things are currently set up the user logged in can see all of their printers in the control panel (coming through via redirection). In Tessitura, however, boca printers are not showing up (laser printers appear to be working just fine). Any thoughts on what could be causing this? I did notice that our generic text driver on the terminal server is a x64 version, which is in contradiction to the printer drivers being brought in via the user's session, which are x86...
You might want to install the Bocas as local printers on your terminal servers. It works for us with Server 2008R2 terminal sessions. Feel free to contact me by phone if you want to chat about your configuration. (206) 443-0807 x1120
Thanks for the reply. We ended up resolving our issue by installing the x86 version of the general driver onto the TS, which resolved the issue. (We had the x64 version installed.)
