Hello,
Our 'Fees by Performance' report will not run in our live system. The stored procedure will run relatively quickly with the same parameters from SSMS, but the system hangs when we try to run the report. I have not found any blocking, waits, or resource issues on the server. Our other reports run well. Does anybody have any suggestions as to what could be causing this? I am quite new to Tessitura, so am hoping that I am missing something obvious.
