I am attempting to run an acknowledgement report for 2/2/11 - 2/13/11 BUT it will not pull any ack information from 2/8/11 on. I can not figure out why! I can pull up this information on other lists but can not figure out why they are not populating on this report! Any assistance would be great~

Because this report updates data in Tessitura. It generally will run only once for each client. My guess is that the data from 2/8/11 on has already been "Printed" If the data for 2/8/11 on has already been pulled by this report, You may need to choose Reprint "Yes" to "find" your data again.
Here are the notes from the documentation:
"Select an option from the Reprint dropdown (TR_GOOESOFT_DROPDOWN). When set to No, only acknowledgments that have not been marked as printed are selected; the acknowledgements that are output are marked as printed. When set to Yes, only acknowledgments that have already been marked as printed are output. (Optional Parameter)
NOTE: Acknowledgments should only be reprint in this manner due to a printing error or problem with a data file. If a constituent requests a duplicate acknowledgement a duplicate should be queued from the constituent record; this assures that a new tax receipt ID will be generated if in use. For details see the Contribution Acknowledgments and Premiums document."
Here are some more trouble shooting tips for this report.
Problem: No acknowledgments were output or the desired acknowledgments were not output.
Possible cause 1: Check the Letter parameter. Only acknowledgments using the selected format are output.
Possible cause 2: If a list is selected in the List parameter, acknowledgments are only output for constituents on the selected list.
Possible cause 3: Check the Reprint parameter. If set to Yes, only acknowledgments that have been marked as printed are output.
Possible cause 4: Check the Beginning Date and End Date parameters. Only acknowledgements queued within the entered dates are output.
Possible cause 5: The expected acknowledgment for a constituent was either queued with a different acknowledgment format or was not queued at all.
If none of these work. Check with your local support or have someone contact Tessitura Support with the question.
