Under Tessitura's Security module I can assign user group access to a given security module for any given constituency - but any given user can belong to more than one constituency. So, should I be concerned that a given user's Research Document is made visible to only User Group A for constituency #1, but being also part of constituency #2 - and that Research Documents are visible to User Group B? I hope my poor grammar hasn't confused the issue.

It’s based on the highest ranking constituency visible to the user (within control group rights), not the collective rights of all of the constituencies associated to the constituent.
