I've modified a report and when I preview the report in Infomaker it works. However, when I run it in Tessitura the header data shows up, but everything else is blank. I use the exact same parameters to run it. I've checked the report set up and it appears to be correct. Any advice?
I have also occasionally had this happen and realized later that in at least one place (stored procedure, report setup, infomaker) the modifications had been made in test and not live, so what was happening in the preview was not actually the same thing as what was happening in Tessitura, even though it seemed like it ought to have been.
