About Caching Report

Hello there,

I got a very strange issue recently; I just created a customized report with parameters:

Performance title (optional), season, order start date, order end date, performance start date, performance end date …

This report can return sales information by production season; it can also be run by performance title and season. The level of details is different.

The problem is if I run it by selected performance titles, it will return the expected result, which is sales information breakdown by performance titles. Soon after that, however, when I run this report with no performance title selected. It will automatically return the same report as if I did select performance title, and then I run it again, it will give me the right report, which is sales information by production season. Does Tessitura cache report /parameters?

I don’t know if I made myself clear or not. I am not sure if this is related to Caching Reports or not…Can anyone tell me is it possible for me to resolve this issue?

Thank you very much in advance!

Vicky

    Vicky-

I don't know if this is an infomaker report or not, but if it is make sure that you don't have any values in the data tab in informaker. I have found those values will come through in Tessitura, you just need to clear that tab in informaker, if that is the case.
