Hi everyone. We've just encountered a situation that we've never had before. Devo is trying to enter 2 different pledges in the amounts of $5,000 and $3,000 with 12 monthly scheduled payments. When trying to schedule the payments, a message is appearing that in order to schedule payments, the pledge amounts must be over $5,000. I've never had this issue before and have no idea of what to do to fix it. I'm assuming there is a setting somewhere for this that I should be able to change, but I can't find where that might be. Does any one out in Tessitura Land have an ideas for me?
Teresa
Matthew,
That’s exactly what it is!! I’ve never noticed that field in the header before. Thank you so much!!

Perhaps the campaign to which you're assigning the pledges has a minimum pledge associated to it. You'll find that in the campaign header under "Min Pldg Amt"
Hope that is the culprit.
Thanks,
Matt

They are using the auto schedule feature to schedule the payments out over 12 months. From the screen shot, they aren’t manually entering any amounts.

Just a shot in the dark. are you manually scheduling the payments? Could it be possible that using a payment schedule with hard dollar amounts which total $5000 would prevent using that schedule on a pledge less than $5k?
