Check Boxes in Infomaker

Hello everyone and Merry Early Christmas,

I'm working on some custom screens in Infomaker and I want to include some check boxes.  I think I have them set up correctly, however, when I'm testing in Tessitura, if a check box hasn't been ticked I'm getting the following error message 'Please enter a value for x, row y'.

Am I missing something really obvious?

    Have you put in the Data Values for on and off on?  Like so?
