We recently upgraded some hardware and software for some of our users. Those who were upgraded are no longer able to open pdfs attached in the Research tab. Has anyone experienced this and found the solution?

Are you using adobe reader x?
I had the same question as Jeff. We had an issue with Adobe X and, after a support ticket with Tessitura, ending up rolling those that needs to access the .pdfs through Tessitura back to Adobe v9.
