CC request not sending an address

We are noticing that some constituent records which have addresses on them (and really, don't they all) are not sending the address to the credit card server when an authorization request is being made.  Specifically, the address and ZIP code are not being entered in T_CC_SERVER_LOG.

Has anyone seen this before and is there a remedy for it?
