Help with business titles

I seem to recall that business_title is an actual field in some forgotten table (rather than the expected referenced field in TX_CUST_KEYWORD), but for the life of me can't remember.  I think I irreparably damaged my parietal lobe in college (*ahem*).

Help me Tessiturians, you're my only hope.
