Can someone help;
Scenario: In Canada Posttal Codes / Zip Codes are a string of 6 digits or characters with a space in the middle of. We have Tessitura set up to register Postal Codes in the fashion. However now, when we are forwarding the postal code / zip code for authentication with a credit card transaction we are receiving a non match because in the credit card world the postal code / zip code is a string of 6 characters or digits with no space in the middle.
Is there a fix for this: I am sure all Canadian Tessitura users are experiencing the same problem
