Hello there,
Right now our staff has access to purchase tickets from certain hold codes, and also apply those holds to seats. Is it possible to set the access so that the staff can purchase a particular hold type, but they are not able to apply it to seats?
The following is what I have found in Security Administration documentation.
" Normal 0 false false false EN-US ZH-CN X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 Hold codes restrict access to a seat based on a user’s security rights. When a user group has been granted access to a particular hold code, users in the user group can “break through” that hold code to reserve any seat it is applied to. A user belonging to security groups that have not been granted access to a hold code is unable to reserve any seat to which the hold was applied. Is it possible for me to find a way to work around that?
