I've encountered a problem with constituent records, where the extension for their phone number is more characters than the field currently allows. A Connecticut High School uses 5 digits for their teachers' extensions; which Tessitura cannot accommodate. Has anyone else run into this? Does Tessitura Next Generation allow for that?

Thanks for the immediate response from 2 colleagues. Will take that to our consortium to see about expanding our coding to accommodate these lengthier extensions
