I've encountered a problem with constituent records, where the extension for their phone number is more characters than the field currently allows. A Connecticut High School uses 5 digits for their teachers' extensions; which Tessitura cannot accommodate. Has anyone else run into this? Does Tessitura Next Generation allow for that?

We have a couple of local companies and our university with 5 digit extensions. In TR_COUNTRY system table, for Canada under the Phone Mask column we adjusted this to (@@@) @@@-@@@@ @@@@@ and under the Phone Edit String column, the end of the string we added one more # sign, so x#####. This did the trick as all 5 digit extensions are saved in records.
