I've encountered a problem with constituent records, where the extension for their phone number is more characters than the field currently allows. A Connecticut High School uses 5 digits for their teachers' extensions; which Tessitura cannot accommodate. Has anyone else run into this? Does Tessitura Next Generation allow for that?

The max length of a phone is over 30, I'm pretty sure. I am assuming the ones you describe are probably only 15? You should check tr_country. The "valid phone lengths" specified there may be what's preventing you from entering these.
