We are receiving an error when processing a gift in one specific campaign (It's one of the important one's too...sod's law at work). The error states:
SQLSTATE + 42000
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL server
Data in t_ack_ext table is checked out by another batch. No data moved to mirror.
This error was received by multiple users for one campaign only. I had everyone close their batches and log in, but they are still getting the error. I am down a DBA at the moment, so any advice would be GREATLY appreciated.
