Appeals

A promotion cannot be regenerated.   If you enter a list into a promotion and then update the promotion – its done – you will usually see a checkmark in the promotion.   You need to be creating new lists for you daily promotions – you would also want this source code to appear on the letter /reply devise so it can be entered with the contribution.

The Tulsa Symphony is just entering their constituencies and contributions.  While I am entering old contributions from 4 years ago, I am entering new contributions that are being made daily. 

My problem is I have created an appeal of an Annual Letter that we just sent out. I mading a list of who would  recieving it so I could know my success rate, But that list called "Donors" is changing every minute while I am endering constituencies.  Why won't it regenerate to THAT appeal when I regenerate the list in List Manager? 

Any ideas?
