Like many at the TLCC this summer, I was blown away by James Walker and the Stratford's Tessitura-telephone integration. We are working with our phone phone software provider, AVAYA to attempt a similar integration. Has anyone else in the community done anything else like this: screen pop-ups of patron record with inbound calls; outbound auto-dialing? Any other AVAYA users out there; have you developed any middleware for reports etc? Thanks, in advance, for any advice!
