Several years ago at one of the conferences someone presented their program for managing vouchers for community organizations. I remember thinking...wow, that's just how we do it!
We give a number of vouchers to local non-profits to give to their clients. We track # vouchers assigned to a show, # vouchers requested, #vouchers assigned to the organiztion, and # vouchers redeemed.
Is anyone else doing this? If you are the organization that did the presentation...can you please let me know?

We don’t do this in Tess for non-profit donations (far too many of them), but we do record all our promotional/partnership vouchers in Tess. They are basically tickets to a dummy performance that are then exchanged at the box office for real tickets. So when I do a ticket giveaway to a local website or radio station, I’ll pull voucher tickets to give to them and then the ticket office exchanges them upon redemption. Each voucher is printed with a “voucher number” which corresponds to the “seating location” in the dummy GA facility.
