I have a request to find % of individual contributions that are given online for the past year. I know which campaign, I can find the total, but I can't find where in SQL it links to the MoS. Any suggestions?

I'm assuming that the online donations are done by placing money on account and then the development department takes that money and enters the contribution. MoS is not tied to contribution data so I don't think you're going to have much luck making that connection.
You might be better served by tracking the on account payment method from the contribution end. Hopefully there is a payment method specific to online contributions. So you could look for transactions using the "On account to development (web)" payment method, for instance.

Levi, that was exactly what I was looking for. I think. :)
You could also use the Fund Activity Report, which has a parameter of Channel - so long as your entry folks are using a consistent channel (like "Web" or "Online") when processing these transactions.
