Hi,
We're investigating an issue concerned with setting up an email confirmation that can be sent directly via the Tessitura Client from the order print screen. We've tested this on our TEST system and all is fine, however we're getting a 'Error creating Web Proxy specified in the 'system.net/defaultProxy' configuration section.' Error Message every time we attempt to do the same from LIVE.
I've posted a ticket on TASK and they asked us to compare the LIVE and TEST system.net/defaultProxy settings and provided useful advice on how these can be viewed in IIS7.5 - however we are using IIS6 and they are unable to offer any help with regards to retrieving the data from this version.
Can anyone help?
I've attached the screengrab the sent through from TASK just in case it 'rings any bells'.

Those settings aren't available in a GUI on IIS 6. You can add the section to your webconfig to set them though.
