Hello everyone. I'm hoping someone can help us figure out an issue we are having in Analytics when trying to see how many singles were purchased with a particular source. In Analytics I have chosen the filter of Source ID (48884) for this season and all performance dates. The results are 22 unique constituents. However, when I run a list for the same criteria with Order - Source = 48884 I get 23 unique constituents.
I located the one missing constituent that is not in the analytics output, which brings me to my question. Does the Source ID in analytics pull from the Line Item source instead of the Order Source? If so, what filter should I use as the source in Analytics so it pulls form the order source instead of the line item source?
We are fairly new to using analytics for ticketing so I appreciate any help you can throw my way.

There are two Source ID filters available, both Lineitem Source and Order Source are options. Always hard to tell which you've used after the fact since they both just say "Source ID" :-)
Thank you, Steve. I was using the line item source. However now that I am using the Order Source I get a 500 error. I checked and the source is still active (not sure that would make a difference or not). Any other insights as to why I'm getting this error now?
Oh no! This isn't much help, but that feels to me like a random Sisense crash and not tied to the filter specifically. If it's a persistent error I'd definitely check with Support.
