How can I 'fake' a rollover order so it is accessible in TNEW /packages/renewals? I am creating orders on the order screen, and they are not visible online.

For us, our orders must be set to the Sub MOS, have perfs in an active season, and order must have "accepting_rollovers" = 'Y' in T_ORDER, or TNEW won’t find it.
