How can I 'fake' a rollover order so it is accessible in TNEW /packages/renewals? I am creating orders on the order screen, and they are not visible online.

There is a flag in the database that indicates an order is eligible for renewal. An order created in Orders Screen will not automatically load for renewal in TNEW. It has to be "marked" as eligible for renewal. This can be done with a SSMS script for manually created orders, but I would advise opening a support ticket for more advice.
