Hi,We (v15) want to start using nscan for patron messaging. More specifically, so that it alerts FOH on the scanner device that a donor/member's ticket has been scanned so that the staff member can verbally thank them for supporting us. What's holding me back is the amount of admin to set it up - each donor's account would need a csi set up for each performance they're attending. Has anyone hacked it so that an alert can be set without having to do a csi per account per perf? Maybe based on a constituency code, membership level, or even a price type?
