Hi all,We had a reminder email from Tessitura last week about the sunsetting of service and support for the Zebra TC 20 and 25 ticket scanner devices. In the posted alert, it says "although the discontinued scanners may continue to work with Tessitura's Access Control, we advise you to replace them". We have a mix of TC20s and newer devices. I'm wondering if any of you have a guess as to how likely the TC 20s are to *will* continue to work, at least for the time being? Multiple reasons why we really don't want to replace right now, of course!
