We have a BOCA (FGL46N113) that prints a duplicate QR code on different tickets for the same order. Has anyone else encountered this? NSCAN reads the QR code on the different tickets as the same seat. I have no idea how to fix this. Any ideas?
We had an issue close to this. We had the wrong number of receipts and tickets printing for orders. Our issue turned out that the Boca firmware installed on the printer was not compatible with our version of Tessitura. We ended up sending our printers back to have an older version of the firmware installed and they are now working fine. Not sure if you have the same problem but its one thing to research.
