"Failed to Connect to the Server" - Error Message when Installing Access Control v16

I was so happy that I got through almost the whole install without any help or opening a support ticket. 

Now I'm stuck on where it asks to "Configure URI"

Being hosted, I went into our self-service portal and went to "Endpoint URLs" as instructed in the documentation. I found our test url for Access Control for v16 and typed it in EXACTLY as written. When I tried to click Continue, it showed in red letters "Failed to Connect to Server." 

The documentation doesn't exactly tell you why that error occurs or how to fix it. My only thought is that I am trying to do this from home while I'm on vacation and am not hooked into the NBMAA server at all. 

Has this happened to anyone else, and how did you fix it? 

I have a support ticket in as well, but with all Tessitura staff being on vacation this week, I figured someone on the forums might be able to help as well.
