Multiple logins to Tess

Can anyone point me to the directions to create multiple login instances to Tess?  We have a box office manager that needs to have two instances of Live running at the same time.  I have seen these directions before, but have lost track of them.

Thanks!

  • From a earlier post on the forum:

    “You can run multiple instances by modifying the tesitura.ini file for your live instance. You need to add the line beginning hostname............  in the tessitura.ini file

    [sqlca]
    MasterIniFilePath="t:\startup\tessitura_master.ini"
    hostname=XXXXXXX

    Replace XXXXXXX with any name other than your PC name. You can also run multiple test instances or multiple live instances on the same PC, by renaming the tessitura.ini to a different name and making the corresponding changes to the properties of the Tessitura shortcut on your desktop. “
