Alt eaddress for order import?

Hi all,

We can't seem to avoid this message showing when hitting Done on imported orders:

We have specified 'Primary email address' in the import set, but every order has 'No' in the Alt Address box and won't print without choosing an address in the chicklet.

Any ideas?
