perfs associated to wrong campaing

Hi,

We've just discovered that a number of our performances were associated to the wrong campaigns.

Is there any way to move the revenue to the correct campain?

Any imput would be appreciated.

  • I hit this issue in our first year on the system.  You could return all the tickets and re-reserve them, but that’s probably impractical.

The fix I landed on had to be done in SQL.  I had to isolate the t_transaction rows connected to the performances, and change the campaign on those.  Then I had to un-post and re-post all posts/batches containing those transactions.  Then, they all ended up in the right campaign and fiscal year in the posting history.

After that I made a pact with myself never to allow performances to go on sale again until I’m absolutely positive the campaign is correct.

Let me know if you want more details on my fix.
