Hello community! Hoping for some help/insight here. Our app is with Instant Encore and over the weekend our digital tickets were down due to a credential issue between the app and Tessitura. Seems that it was time to change the password in Security. Once that was cleared the digital tickets were back online. Has anyone experienced this? Is there a way to remove the reset password timeframe from the app connection?
Very strange: I'm not aware of the API caring about password expiration, which is generally designed for the client. Is the Instant Encore user in Tessitura set to Type: API?
