For I-don't-know-how-many-years we've had a checkout survey on our TNEW site that generates a CSI that just says "I read the terms and conditions" and serves no purpose other than cluttering up the CSI tab by making any other CSIs unfindable...I finally got the go-ahead to remove the checkout survey, but can anyone tell me how to bulk-delete CSIs? This CSI has its own Category and Activity type so it should be fairly easy to isolate.
