Hi,
Some info that may be of help if you are getting a "Unable to Load Client Print Control" error when trying to print SSRS reports in Tessitura.
We were getting this error and the following update fixed this:

(Security Update for SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 2 (KB954606) )
You can then login as a local admin on the PC and when you click print on the SSRS report you will be prompted to install the driver.
