Is there a way to use List Manager to create a list of patrons who bought tickets to an event in 2022 but have not yet bought tickets to an event in 2023? I'd like to email all patrons who are previous buyers but have not purchased tickets this year.

HI Katie, Yes! This can be done. You'll want to add the Ticket History Performance twice (or whichever field you use to select the perf -- I like this one because it uses the Perf code). For the first one you will select IN Perf Code. For the second instance, you will select DOES NOT HAVE Second Perf Code. This is one where I wanted everyone who had regsitered for previous years, but not this year.

The message about data being truncated might be because there are a lot of shows selected from the Performance drop down window.
If that is the case then maybe switch from using "Ticket History Performance" and use "Ticket History Season" instead. The idea is the same; add Season to the criteria window with an operator of In and then a vale of the 2022 season. Then add Season again to the criteria window but this time use an operator of Does Not Have with a value of the 2023 season.
Extraction Manager is a good option for making lists when things get more complicated.
