Hello again.
We had someone enter a credit card on the individual account instead of the HH account. When I performed “Move Transactions to Household” function that card was not able to be moved, because it was never charged in Tess before. Is there a way to transfer that credit card from the Individual account to the HH account, as a gift entry can only be entered using HH account.

I've had to figure this out and found a rather convoluted way of doing it. First, make sure the individual account with the credit card on it is the A1 account. Next, remove the A2 account and any other individual accounts in that household. Then I converted the household to an individual. Once that is done, you then remake the household. The credit card is now on the household level and you can re-add the additional household accounts back in.
