I am tryng to generate counts for an Open Extraction.
I keep getting the error:
"Error occured while scheduling counts job"
It then leaves the Extraction in a status of 'Scheduled'
Don't know if this is related: We had a hard shut down a couple of days ago and we had to manually restart SQL Server.
Any ideas?

Did your SQL Server Agent service maybe not re-start properly? I might try re-starting it.

SQL Server agent started up OK. I did restart it just to be sure. as well.
